Passion according to Webster - a strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or about doing something
Nothing is more painful for the soul than living life without passion. You might be living without passion because you have been so busy keeping up with what has to be done that you have never had an opportunity to stop and ask yourself what you are passionate about. Or it could be that you know your passion, but life hasn’t given you the opportunity to live into it. Or maybe you have thought about it but you really don’t know what you are passionate about. In any of these cases, your unfulfilled passion can feel painful, leading to depression, addiction or some other destructive coping mechanism.
“Unfulfilled passion creates a cavity between one’s present and one’s potential, a void dripping with destruction and despair. If we don’t chase our dreams they will chase us as night mares.” Kevin Ashton
Living your passion is the expression of your soul. It creates and inspires. Only you can find and know your passion. It doesn’t have to be something grandiose but it does have to feel good and right for you. If you aren’t living your passion, then having some support to help you clarify your passion and find space in your life for it, can make the difference between having passion that creates and energizes or unfulfilled passion that depletes and destroys. At Mind Wave Institute we can help you find your passion and live it.
