In the event you are not satisfied with my services I request that you speak to me promptly and personally about your concerns. I feel confident we can arrive at a mutually agreeable solution to your concerns.
Initial sessions are 50 min. to 1 hour. Thirty minute follow up sessions are available but may not be recommended depending on the work being done. If extra time is needed for a particular session this will be discussed with you prior to scheduling the appointment. The number of sessions generally will vary from a minimum of two to several visits depending upon the behavior modification desired. Sessions are designed with the client to meet individual needs.
The fee is $400 per hour for an in person session, $300 for a zoom session. 30 min sessions fee is $200 in person and $150 for zoom. Fee is due at the beginning of visit. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour advanced notice are subject to a $300 cancellation fee. Special package pricing is available for a savings; unused sessions expire 1 year after date of purchase.
All your records are confidential, released only upon the client’s written authorization. We take your privacy seriously and are HIPAA-free.
Terms of Service
Client has been informed that Cynthia Sholes, Ph.D., MdH is a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist with a doctorate in Neuroscience. As such, she works with clients for their self improvement and personal growth; she does not treat or diagnose emotional, medical or psychological disorders. She will provide hypnotherapy, guidance and other mind body therapies based on the client’s personal history and lifestyle, and on the latest scientific research. Any and all results of the consultations are the sole responsibility of the client.

In the event a client terminates my services, the client has a right to coordinated transfer of services to another practitioner. A client has a right to refuse hypnosis services at any time.
